Winter is only a bad memory... insert mad cackle here.

Well, whatever snow was still lurking in the shadows, it got washed away in the first thunderstorm of the season. See featured deviation. Five minutes after I took that shot, we couldn't see two meters in front of the car (six feet for my American friends).

Those of you who've been watching me will have seen the first crocuses and magnolias appear in my gallery. I apologize to those of you who prefer my industrial abstracts and dramatic B&W's, but after the winter we've had, I consider myself entitled to some greenery! I'll try my level best to stay away from anything that might be featured in a toilet paper commerical...

And on the portrait front, brace yourselves for more close-ups of my favourite model. I haven't been doing any portraits at all since my son was too small to tell me to go away, so it's nice to be dating someone who doesn't mind a camera being waved in his face at the dinner table. He does the same back to me, let me assure you.
